It has all the attractions of a large city, music, arts, sports, culture, food and yet it has the charm and coziness of a small town." says Tim of his hometown. Growing up around construction and contracting Tim has always been fascinated with the building and development process. For the past nearly 20 years he has been deeply involved in remodeling, contracting, investing and working with real estate. In a real estate question and answer forum Tim stated, "You have really hit a sweet spot when your interests and your profession are on the same path, when you can genuinely say, I love what I do."

Whether it's their very first home or their 14th investment property, walking them through every step of the process so they feel confident in each decision along the way is what Tim has become so exceptional at. The process can be a bit daunting, and yet Tim specializes in making it an exciting and enjoyable experience.

When he isn't working with clients or researching real estate, you can catch him spending time with his wife and daughters. Tim believes firmly that the purpose of business is to fund the perfect life and for him that all revolves around family. They love to explore the fantastic restaurants and eateries that Kansas City has to offer. During the warmer months they will grab a meal and then head out to Kaufman Stadium to watch the Royals, their favorite sports team take the field. Many great family nights have been spent with the Royals. They are also committed to serving their community through all the ministries of their Church. Tim and his wife Jessie have been working with the High School age students at Turning Point Church since the summer of 2018, however they have been fully engaged there for the past ten years. They are especially passionate about encouraging and teaching the students through their various touches in the Hickman Mills, Grandview and Belton School districts.
